1. BACKGROUND
(a) This agreement details the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") relating to the CaltexGO Hotel Cash Fuel Promotion 2025/26 (“Promotion”).
(b) The Promotion is organized by Chevron Singapore Pte Ltd (“Chevron” or the "Organizer").
(c) The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (“TLC”).
(d) By taking part in this Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY INTO THE PROMOTION
(a) The Promotion is only open to Singapore citizens aged 18 years and over.
(b) Each participant must meet all the following conditions of entry during the Promotional Period to become an eligible entrant (“Entrant”):
(i) download the Singapore CaltexGO mobile application (“CaltexGO App”) and register as a CaltexGO App user; and
(ii) visit any Caltex service station located in Singapore (“Caltex Station”) and make a Qualifying Purchase, with all payments made exclusively through the CaltexGO App.
(iii) To make a qualifying purchase, Entrants must purchase a minimum of SGD$250 of fuel in a calendar month during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). This amount:
A. may be accumulated over multiple transactions at multiple Caltex Stations during the same calendar month. Any purchase balance will not roll over or be carried forward to the following month of Promotional Period;
B. must be fuel purchases only. No other purchases, such as StarMart purchases, will accrue towards the value; and
C. must be paid through the CaltexGO App. Purchases made with Star Driver Programme, Cabbie21, Diesel, Grab Programme, or using Caltex StarCard or StarCash card will not qualify with the terms of the Promotion.
(c) Entrants are eligible to participate in the Promotion to stand a chance to qualify for Hotel Cash and/or win the Grand Prize (collectively, “Prizes”).
3. KEY DATES
(a) Promotional Period: The Promotion is open from 1 December 2025 – 28 February 2026, both days inclusive (“Promotional Period“).
(b) Redemption Period: The redemption period for both the Hotel Cash and the Grand Prize vouchers is open from 1 December 2025 – 31 December 2026, both days inclusive (“Redemption Period”). Any unused entitlements after the Redemption Period shall be deemed forfeited and shall have no further value or entitlement thereafter.
(c) Booking Period: all hotel bookings made during the Redemption Period must be between 1 December 2025 – 31 December 2027, both days inclusive (“Booking Period”). Hotel Cash will not be able to used in relation to any hotel booking made after the Booking Period.
4. PRIZES
(a) Hotel Cash:
(i) Each Entrant will qualify to receive one SGD$50 Hotel Cash reward voucher (“Hotel Cash”) for one Qualifying Purchase in each calendar month during the Promotional Period.
(ii) An Entrant can earn a maximum of:
A. one Hotel Cash voucher for each calendar month; and
B. three Hotel Cash vouchers (valued at up to SGD$150) combined across the full Promotional Period.
(iii) There is a total of 12,500 Hotel Cash vouchers available for distribution during the Promotion. The Hotel Cash element of the Promotion will cease once this allocation has been fully utilized.
(iv) Full details of the Hotel Cash prize are set out in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
(b) Grand Prize:
(i) Three winners will each be awarded fuel to the total value of SGD$3,000 (“Grand Prize”), with one winner selected each calendar month of the Promotional Period.
(ii) An Entrant is entitled to receive one Grand Prize draw entry for each Qualifying Purchase completed in a calendar month during the Promotion Period (“Grand Prize Entry”). Each Grand Prize Entry represents a chance to win the monthly Grand Prize (for example, a Qualifying Purchase made in December represents an entry into the January draw, but not the February or March draws).
(iii) The monthly Grand Prize draws will be conducted at Caltex Holland (297 Holland Road) on:
A. 6 January 2026, 2pm;
B. 5 February 2026, 2pm; and
C. 4 March 2026, 10am,
(each a “Grand Prize Draw Date”).
(iv) All Grand Prize winners will be informed via a CaltexGO notification email with the collection details of the monthly Grand Prize within 3 working days from the Grand Prize Draw Date.
(v) Participation in the Grand Draw is open to all Entrants except employees, affiliates, and agency employees of Chevron and/or TLC.
(vi) Full details of the Grand Prize are set out in Schedule 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
5. PERSONAL DATA
(a) By entering this Promotion each Entrant agrees that Chevron may collect, use, and disclose their personal data, including their name, contact details, image, likeness and other data as provided in CaltexGO (“Personal Data”), for the purposes of managing the Promotion. An entrant consents to Chevron collecting, using, and disclosing his/her Personal Data in accordance with:
(i) Chevron’s data privacy statement, please refer to https://www.caltex.com/sg/privacy-statement.html
(ii) the CaltexGO App’s terms of use (https://www.caltex.com/sg/rewards-and-offers/caltexgo/mobile-app-terms-of-use.html) and privacy statement (https://www.caltex.com/sg/rewards-and-offers/caltexgo/mobile-app-privacy-policy.html); and
(iii) the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
(b) Each Entrant irrevocably and unconditionally grants to Chevron all consents and waivers necessary for his/her name, likeness (e.g. photographs) and particulars to be used for publicity, marketing, and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as Chevron shall in its sole discretion deem fit. If an Entrant does not desire to grant such consent / permission, please contact Customer Care as detailed in clause 7(a) below.
(c) If an Entrant has any questions in relation to the use and disclosure of his/her Personal Data or wishes to request access to and/or correction of his/her Personal Data, he/she may do so by writing in to dposingapore@chevron.com.
(d) Any failure by the Entrant to disclose the Personal Data required may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
6. OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
(a) All Prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items or benefits. However, Chevron is entitled to replace any Prize with item(s) of similar or other value, or withdraw or add any prize(s), at any time without prior notice or liability.
(b) Entrants are required to redeem the Prize(s) within Redemption Period. If any Prize is unclaimed after the expiry of the Redemption Period, the Prize will be dealt with at Chevron’s sole discretion without further notice to the winner.
(c) All Prizes are promotional in nature and are gifts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chevron:
(i) makes no warranties (express or implied) in respect of merchantability or fitness for the use and no guarantees are given or implied in the quality and/or performance of the Prizes;
(ii) will not be responsible or liable for any damage to property of any kind resulting (wholly or partially, directly or indirectly) from acceptance, possession or use of the Prizes or the quality, safety, or fitness for use or suitability of the Prizes; and
(iii) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, and consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Prizes. The recipient of the Prize is solely responsible for the proper and lawful use of the Prize.
(d) TLC is solely responsible for the operation of https://caltexgorewards.travelcredits.com (“Hotel Cash Booking Website”) and Organizer is not responsible for the content of Hotel Cash Booking Website. Any issues relating to Hotel Cash Booking Website or redeeming the Hotel Cash should be directed to TLC.
(e) Entrant must not:
(i) tamper with the entry or claim process;
(ii) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
(iii) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(iv) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Organizer or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion;
(v) breach any law; or
(vi) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate in the sole discretion of the Organizer.
(f) Chevron shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prizes awarded during the Promotion, including any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organizer’s or TLC’s or promotional partners’ control);
(ii) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference;
(iii) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organizer or TLC or promotional partners) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer or TLC;
(iv) any variation in Hotel Cash value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(v) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant; or
(vi) the use of Hotel Cash.
(g) Chevron, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (including TLC), and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury or damage to property caused by the Prizes (including any products purchased using the Prizes) and shall be indemnified by the relevant Entrant against any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person, including death, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance or use of the Prize(s) (including any products purchased). Chevron shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the Prizes. Any such complaints, disputes, damage or defects should be directly communicated to and resolved with the manufacturer or supplier.
(h) Chevron reserves the right the change the Prizes, the promotion mechanics, terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion entirely at any time without any liability or prior notice.
(i) The total and aggregate of the Organizer, (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC and the promotional partners (including their respective officers, employees and agents), to the extent not otherwise excluded in these Terms and Conditions, shall be limited to SGD$150 Hotel Cash only.
(j) Chevron’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. Chevron will not enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.
(k) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. A person who is not party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms.

SCHEDULE 1 – HOTEL CASH
1. HOW TO ACCESS HOTEL CASH
(a) Upon making a Qualifying Purchase, Entrant will receive an email/eDM from CaltexGO by the Organizer (“Confirmation Email”) that will contain:
(i) a unique Username and PIN for the Entrant’s individual Hotel Cash voucher (“Voucher Particulars”); and
(ii) instructions on how to redeem the Hotel Cash voucher.
(b) Once the Entrant has received the Voucher Particulars, Entrant will then be able to visit the Hotel Cash Booking Website https://caltexgorewards.travelcredits.com and log in to their account with the Voucher Particulars and:
(i) search for hotels available and finalise booking; and
(iii) add the Hotel Cash to the booking to receive the SGD$50 discount.
(c) Entrant’s may access their Hotel Cash at any time by logging in with the applicable Voucher Particulars and may continue to do so until the voucher has been redeemed or the Redemption Period has expired.

2. HOTEL CASH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
(a) Each Hotel Cash voucher is personal to the Entrant and is non-transferable and can only be used by the Entrant, who must be over 18 years of age.
(b) Hotel Cash:
(i) is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
(ii) can be utilised to offset with no minimum spend per hotel booking; and
(iii) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
(c) Entrants that collect more than one Hotel Cash voucher during the Promotional Period cannot stack these into a single booking, and each Hotel Cash voucher must be used or redeemed by itself per booking by each unique Voucher Particulars.
(d) Entrants must book their travel using the Hotel Cash during the Booking Period. Hotel Cash will not be permitted to be used to pay for any travel outside of these dates.
(iv) Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that:
(i) they understand additional fees (such as GST, service, and/or credit card fees) may be applied to the applicable booking when the Entrant is using the Hotel Cash; and
(ii) any additional or ancillary costs associated with redeeming Hotel Cash are to be solely borne by the Entrant.
(f) In the event an Entrant submits a request to cancel or amend any booking he or she has made using the Hotel Cash, the request must be sent in writing, by email to caltexgorewards@tlcrewards.com between 9:30am – 5.30pm on weekdays only (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Request of cancellation or amendment cannot be guaranteed. Some supplier/principals do not allow changes and therefore full cancellation charges will apply.
SCHEDULE 2 – GRAND PRIZE
1. Each Grand Prize Draw winner (for the purposes of this Schedule 2, the “Customer”) will receive SGD$3,000 worth of Caltex StarCash, to be provided by way of six Caltex StarCash cards (“Caltex StarCash Card”) each in the denomination of SGD$500.
2. The following terms and conditions apply to each Caltex StarCash Card issued by Chevron (“Caltex StarCash Terms and Conditions”). Any use of a Caltex StarCash Card by a Customer shall be deemed to be acceptance of these Caltex StarCash Terms and Conditions:
(a) Each Caltex StarCash Card can only be used for fuel purchases at Caltex Station in Singapore (“Participating Caltex Service Station”). Each Customer acknowledges and agrees that Chevron shall have no obligation to ensure the availability or provision of, nor shall Chevron be liable for any non-availability or non-provision of, any fuel or other products or services at each Participating Caltex Service Station.
(b) Fuel purchases paid with the Caltex StarCash Card shall not be entitled to any site discount or other discount programs. Such discounts shall apply only to the outstanding amount payable, if any, in excess of the stored value amount in the Caltex StarCash Card. The Caltex StarCash Card cannot be used for Star Mart or other store purchases at Caltex service stations.
(c) Each Caltex StarCash Card shall have printed on its face a card number. A Caltex StarCash Card cannot be used after its expiry date. There will be no revalidation of a Caltex StarCash Card once expired, and any remaining balance will not be refunded. The available Caltex StarCash Card balance and applicable expiry date for each Caltex StarCash Card can be verified by presenting the Caltex StarCash Card at any Participating Caltex Service Station.
(d) The Customer will be issued and/or be required to sign a Caltex StarCash Card transaction receipt for each purchase using the Caltex StarCash Card and the Customer shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of all details printed on each receipt, and for ensuring that each Caltex StarCash Card transaction receipt accurately reflects any and all purchases. In the absence of manifest error, each Caltex StarCash Card transaction receipt (or if no Caltex StarCash Card transaction receipt is issued, the relevant computerized record of the transaction entry) shall be deemed as conclusive and binding upon the Customer. The Customer is responsible for keeping a record of the Caltex StarCash Card number and for safe retention of all Caltex StarCash Card transaction receipts.
(e) If the monetary value of a Customer’s purchase exceeds the remaining available value on the respective Caltex StarCash Card, the Customer shall pay the Participating Caltex Service Station the amount of the excess at the point of sale.
No LinkPoints will be awarded in respect of any purchase made with a Caltex StarCash Card. LinkPoints may be awarded for qualifying fuel purchases if a valid Plus! card is presented at the point of purchase, subject to the Caltex NUTC Link Plus! Cardholder Terms and Conditions.
(f) The Customer shall be responsible for and liable to Chevron for any use (including any unauthorized use) of the Caltex StarCash Card. The Customer shall use best efforts to keep secure and prevent the loss, theft, damage, or mutilation of the Caltex StarCash Card and shall also comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
(g) Chevron is not obliged to replace a lost or stolen Caltex StarCash Card or issue cash refund. Damaged cards can be replaced by calling Caltex Customer Hotline at 1800-333 0222 from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding public holidays).
