When is the Promotion being run? 

The Promotional Period runs from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026. 

 

What is this Promotion about? 

Entrants that make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period can qualify for two prizes:  

  • receive a SGD $50 Hotel Cash reward voucher in each calendar month of the Promotion (three opportunities to participate); and  
  • a chance to win the monthly Grand Prize of SGD$3,000 worth of Caltex StarCash when a Qualifying Purchase is made during each calendar month of the Promotional Period (three opportunities to participate). 

 

How do I qualify for this promotion?  

  • Entrants must have the Singapore CaltexGO mobile application downloaded and have registered as a CaltexGO App user. 
  • Entrants can visit any Caltex service station located in Singapore and make a Qualifying Purchase with minimum purchase SGD$250 of fuel in a calendar month during the Promotional Period, with all payments made exclusively through the CaltexGO App.  
  • Purchases made with Star Driver Programme, Cabbie21, Diesel, Grab Programme, or using Caltex StarCard or StarCash card will not qualify with the terms of the Promotion.

 

How do I access the hotel accommodation list? 

After making a Qualifying Purchase, Entrants will receive an email/eDM from CaltexGO that will contain a unique username and PIN for their Hotel Cash voucher. This will allow Entrants to: 

  • Log into Hotel Booking Website https://caltexgorewards.travelcredits.com and input the Unique Username and PIN to log in to the site. 
  • Search for hotels available within the Redemption Period (1 December 2025 - 31 December 2026) and finalise the booking. 

 

Who can qualify to participate in this Promotion? 

  • The promotion is only open to Singapore citizens aged 18 years and over. 
  • Participation in the Grand prize draw is open to all Entrants except employees, affiliates, and agency employees of Chevron and/or TLC.  

 

Can I claim multiple promo codes? 

Yes. You can earn a maximum of:  

  • One Hotel Cash voucher for each calendar month you make a Qualifying Purchase; and  

  • Three Hotel Cash vouchers (valued at up to SGD$150) combined across the full Promotional Period where a Qualifying Purchase is made during each calendar month.   

 

​Are the Hotel Cash accommodation stackable?  

No. The Hotel Cash vouchers are not stackable. You must use each SGD$50 Hotel Cash voucher individually from respective unique Username and PIN for each respective booking. 

 

Can the Hotel Cash accommodation be redeemed for cash?  

Hotel Cash voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

 

Can the Hotel Cash voucher be transferred to someone else?  

No. Each Hotel Cash voucher is not transferable. 

 

What happens if I have misplaced my login credentials for the Booking platform? Can I request a new one? 

You can refer to your email on the login credentials sent by CaltexGO. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact Caltex Singapore Customer Service Center at +65 6318 5588 or email at SGsupport@caltexgo.com on Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. 

 

How long are the login credentials for the Hotel Cash platform valid?  

Each login credential is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2026. 

 

When should I book my hotel stay?  

You must book your hotel stay for any date in the Booking Period (between 1 December 2025 - 31 December 2027).

How will I know if my booking is confirmed? 

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email from Hotel Booking Platform to your registered email.  

 

How will I know if my payment is successful? 

  • Upon completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email to the registered email. Should your payment be unsuccessful, kindly try completing the booking with a different card.  
  • If you are facing issues or have not received an update regarding your payment, please email caltexgorewards@tlcrewards.com during the Promotion Period, Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm, excluding public holidays in Singapore. 

 

Who do I contact if my booking is failed? 

  • If you are facing issues or have not received an update regarding your payment, please email caltexgorewards@tlcrewards.com during the Promotion Period, Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm, excluding public holidays in Singapore. 
  • The $50 cash voucher will be returned to your account within 24 hours of you contacting our customer service team.

 

Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the Hotel Cash Code and the conditions that apply to it?

How do I cancel or amend my booking?  

  • To cancel or amend your booking, simply login to the Hotel Cash Booking Platform with your login credentials, go to ‘View Bookings’, read the ‘Important Information’ under Your Documents and refer to the Hotel Cancellation Policy, to find out if there are penalties or charges for cancellation outside of the allocated timeline, or if it is a non-refundable booking. If you would still like to proceed to cancellation, click on ‘cancel/amend booking’.  
  • If you are facing issues or need assistance, please email caltexgorewards@tlcrewards.com during the Promotion Period, Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm, excluding public holidays in Singapore.  
  • The $50 cash voucher will be returned to your account within 24 hours of you contacting our customer service team. 

 

What are the key dates for the validity of the Hotel Cash? 

  • You must book your hotel during the Redemption Period (1 December 2025 - 31 December 2026)
  • All travel utilising the Hotel Cash must be during the Booking Period ( 1 December 2025- 31 December 2027).
